Bank of York

About Us

The Bank of York was founded in 1911 and for 100 years has been known for its strong financial position and service. The Bank of York is the oldest and the only locally owned community bank in Sumter County. Being locally owned means decisions are made here at home.

Our Board of Directors and bank staff are your neighbors. Your deposits stay here at home, which provides loans to area citizens and merchants. The Bank of York prides itself in giving personal service and attention.

If you presently bank with us, we appreciate your support. If you do not bank with us, all we ask for is the opportunity to discuss our services with you.

Please come by the bank to visit us or call us at (205)392-5205.
